No. Monetoli works by reading PDF statements you export from your bank's app or website. There are no bank API connections, no login credentials, and no third-party data sharing. Your banking credentials never touch Monetoli.

At the end of your 14-day Pro trial, your account automatically moves to the free Starter plan unless you choose to subscribe. You will not be charged without explicitly starting a paid subscription. Your data remains accessible.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly from Settings → Subscriptions in the app — no need to contact support. After cancellation you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free Starter plan.

Monetoli is designed to work with PDF bank statements from any bank in any country. As long as the PDF contains readable transaction data (not a scanned image), Monetoli can process it. If you encounter a format issue, contact support@monetoli.com and we'll look into adding support.
